What is private label bottled water?+
Private label bottled water features custom labels designed specifically for your brand rather than the manufacturer's standard packaging. Every bottle becomes an ambassador for your business, event, or organization.
Who can buy private label bottled water?+
Private label beverages are perfect for hotels, condominiums, apartment communities, restaurants, car dealerships, hospitals, resorts, country clubs, golf courses, car washes, insurance agencies, real estate professionals, corporate offices, schools, universities, gyms, retail businesses, events, weddings, and many other organizations looking to strengthen their brand presence.
Where do I start with my private label order?+
1) Complete the inquiry form. 2) A FLOWTALIS representative will contact you. 3) Email your logo in vector format (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF preferred) along with brand colors, inspiration, and any branding guidelines. 4) If pricing and minimum order quantities meet your needs, we'll send an invoice for the $150 design fee. 5) Once payment is received, our design team will create several custom bottle mockups, including cap color options. 6) Mockups are typically completed within 1–3 business days. 7) Once your design is approved, production begins. Shipping timelines vary based on order quantity and destination — an estimated delivery timeline will be provided once your order is finalized.
What types of water do you offer?+
Purified Water, Alkaline Water, Spring Water, and CBD Water.
What bottle sizes are available?+
250 mL / 8.4 oz (based on MOQ), 473 mL / 16 oz, 500 mL / 16.9 oz, and 1 L / 33.8 oz.
What is the case size?+
All plastic bottle cases contain 24 bottles. The 1 L bottles are packed 12 bottles per case.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
Plastic bottles: 65 cases (1 pallet). Aluminum bottles: 1 pallet (70 cases). Standardized MOQ applies to our current private-label water collection — Purified, Alkaline, Spring, and Sparkling. Detail is one (1) pallet of 500 mL (16.9 oz) bottles, which includes 65 cases with 24 bottles per case, for a total of 1,560 bottles.
How can I reduce my price per bottle?+
Larger orders qualify for lower pricing. Pricing tiers vary for 1 pallet, 1–5 pallets, and 5+ pallets. Full truckload pricing is available. Contract pricing is available for recurring monthly orders.
Do you create custom bottles for weddings and events?+
Absolutely. We create customized beverage packaging for weddings, birthdays, conferences, corporate events, festivals, sporting events, community events, and fundraisers. Customers can personalize bottles with names, logos, QR codes, event branding, and more.
How long does a launch take end-to-end?+
Most beverage categories deliver in 6–14 weeks from proposal acceptance, depending on artwork approvals, compliance, and category complexity.
Do you handle artwork and label design?+
Yes. FLOWTALIS Brand Development delivers premium label design, dielines, mockups, and full pre-press files. Version history and approvals are managed inside the client portal.
Where are the beverages manufactured?+
We operate with a vetted network of FDA-compliant manufacturing partners across the United States. Every facility undergoes performance, compliance, and capacity review.
Can I launch a category not currently listed?+
